The Rotors are manufactured from austenitic manganese steel. They are usually manufactured in Special Fritenaz (FRI35) an in Fritenaz (FRI31) when maximum dutility is required (needs violent shock to get maximum hardness), may also be manufactured, in less quantity, in Fridur (FRI32), presenting a good balance between ductility and abrasion, good resistance to deformation and reasonable hardenability. They are used in situations of medium / violent shock, reaching up to 1500kg.
