Mantles and Concaves are made in austenitic manganese steel, mostly in the league FRIDUR (FRI 32), presenting good balance between ductility and abrasion, good resistance to deformation and reasonable hardenability. These conditions, combinated, are ideal for medium and violent shock situations. They can also be made in Frisuper (FRI33) when intended for medium/weak shock situations, showing good ductility and great ease of hardening, good resistance to deformation and abrasive wear or even in Frisuperplus (FRI34) when intended for situations of weak shock and extreme abrasion, showing good ductility and great ease of hardening, as well as good resistance to deformation. They are pieces that can reach 2000kg.
